With technology in schools, of course teachers have to monitor your online activity because so many students take advantage of them. The teachers are trying to help keep students on task and help them learn and get adequate grades. That's what most of them are there for. Something else to think about: being on other sites and doing other things in class is disrespectful to the teachers, and most teachers don't get enough credit. They do a lot for students and deserve the respect of your attention and effort.
Very very true Little, teachers never get enough credit for what they do. The only thing I'll ever be mad with is Lightspeed for blocking Chicken Smoothie despite the fact that it is a family friendly website whose forums are moderated to death. Most of it doesn't even involve the forums it just happens to all be built on phpBB-
Oops, sorry for the rambling I'll stop now XP.
The keyword in this is forum, the school shouldn't allow you to talk to strangers on the internet. They're responsible for your safety and a lot of kids your age don't take your own safety seriously.
That's a very good point. I'm not gonna share my address online or anything but there are certainly people my age who could accidentally do that. I bet the CS mods would catch that in half a second though lol

I agree with this. I haven't ever gotten on TG on a school computer before, though I have watched YouTube on my school account or done research on non school related things while at home. I have never violated it's purpose while at school, I follow all of the rules they set while I'm there. I never even play games on it while I'm there. My school computer has to stay at school, however I have a computer at home with my school account on it.
Overall though I am a straight A student who has never been in trouble at school before, so they have no reason to monitor me too much. Of course I am still careful and safe with what I view while on it.

Interesting. Have I replied before?
For me, quadrobics is a sport in which one would run, jump, walk, or do some movement on all fours; meaning one's hands and feet. This differs for each person and what they're capable of. Not all quadrobists are therians or furries. (Correct me if I'm wrong on anything here.)
Now that my idea of the main concept is over with-
Quads is a fun sport that I'd do on a regular basis if given the time. Of course, not everyone in my household knows I'm a therian/quadrobist, therefore would think I'm some psycho for running around on all fours. This is the case for a lot of people, not all though.
Posting videos of doing quads is very dangerous in the sense that you'd receive lots of hate and/or death threats. Obviously I can't control anyone else's actions, but I advise not to do so. It immediately is connected to therianthropy, which pisses me off but hey; I can't do anything.
I do enjoy doing quads during my free time however. Expressing therianthropy though quads is nice, but don't do it in public.
The main gist of it all is, quads is a sport one can partake in. Doing quads is for any abled body. Posting about doing quads can be dangerous for one's mental health. Publicizing the truth about how quadrobic aren't immediately connect to therians can be good for the community overall, but it is also dangerous to do so.
Please please please don't take any of this the wrong way. I speak from the information I've known and my own experiences. I ask that you correct me, but do it kindly. Thank you.

I suppose my opinion is like most but I wanna yap about this so bear with me XD
I do quadrobics, but I don't do it as a form of self-expression or to "feel closer to my theriotypes" It's rather dysphoric for me if I were to do it like that because obviously the human body isn't built to run on all fours, it's uncomfortable to pretend to do it as if I were an animal if you get what I mean.
BUT I do practice it out of pure fun, I used to do it as a kid not knowing what it really was (kind of confusing, but this past experience does correlate to therianthropy, I suppose it's because I had no other way to "show" that didn't feel fully human since I had no idea what was happening and stuff lol) which gave me a kind of advantage when I did realize that quads existed and when I started to practice it, it's a good exercise after all and its silly too :3
Posting quadrobics on social media isn't necessarily wrong and I'm thinking of doing it too, even if it is a little cringe lol, but the main problem is that people think that quadrobics (and masks but not the main thing) automatically
makes you a therian or that you have to do it to be a "proper" therian, which is obviously not the case, and no matter how many videos we can make trying to explain this to people (or even trying to teach haters) we will never be able to fully reach this out to everyone.
(okay don't get me wrong tho but its def be fun to do quads at a trampoline park, just to make the 9 yr skibidi toilet kids mad XD)
feel free to add anything

If you see its logo as a widget in the taskbar of your teacher's computer, you should probably do your work and not be here, don't take any chances.
I'd like to add that some schools have NetRef, which allows teachers to see what website you're on now, what you were on previously, control your mouse & type things on your computer, and pull up your current screen. Mine does, but I don't often get on TG during school [or at all, for that matter].
But yes, Vrydi, totally can see your point. Andddd now I need to go to class [lunch just ended].
Pups be careful and don't let your district block TG bby being on it 24/7!
yess this I can confirm cuz my school useis netref and I'm only on here in my free time

Just a side note here. When schools 'give' students laptops they are not doing it out of the goodness of their hearts, it is a tool they fully intend to use to basically snoop on you and your activities.
Schools are pretty much open and upfront on what they use the devices for so here is the thing, only use their device for school work and if you are forced to take it home then only use it for homework and NOTHING else.
Don't surf on it for any other purpose than schoolwork! Once your work is done, shut down the device and place it in a room far from your own and if possible keep it in a garage or car.
Don't synch your own computer with the one the schools lend you. Don't transfer any data from your own computer to theirs.
In short use their device for school only and your own should never have any contact wit theirs, this means not using your email on theirs and vice versa, it is not about being paranoid but being safe.
Sorry but the schools are not providing these things for your convenience, it is for their own purposes of monitoring and controlling. This is the world we have now so be smart and safe.
