Therianthropy Day traditionally falls on the full moon in November, which happens to be today, November 12th!
Back in 1993, discussions began on Alt.horror.werewolves regarding therianthropy and today marks the 26th anniversary since therianthropy was first discussed online officially.
The first Howl, or Therian gathering, occurred in November of 1994. November is a pretty significant month for us therians!
I'd like to know too if other will celebrate and how.
It's evening here, and I think I will howl and sing and listen to music. I wanted to go for a walk but it was raining all day long.

When I came onto the forums yesterday, I didn't see a thread for it so I made one. To be fair, it was early morning where I'm from so aptly timed for me.
But I didn't do anything special because Disney+ began.
I didn't see this thread, so I knew nothing about it, but I had a good day. During the weekend, I was allowed to run around and jump on all fours in my front yard. It felt great, and I slid into a really light shift. I started chasing leaves and pouncing on them; it was fun.
So I guess I celebrated; I just did it on the wrong days, haha.

I knew well upfront but sadly was stuck at university until 6pm, and had to start again at 7pm for extra practical exercises.
When i came home at 11pm I honestly couldn’t do a lot anymore and honestly could find no energy to even write blogs or send a thankyou message to people.
I did spend the afternoon reflecting on my experienced and looking back how they “started” in my early years and changed overtime as I grew older or by example joined the community.
I also brough out this video, which is a combined bundle of contributions by therians of all ages and all sorts that came to me from around the globe.
Important to note is that my software equipment is currently down (arg) so this video was only possibly thanks to @KyraWolf92 who spend the entire day editing for me. Thank you
I hope you all had a great therianthropy day,
WOOF!
