New Minimum Age

Hello everyone,

The staff has recently decided that we will be implementing a minimum age upon registry of 13. We believe that it is best for the site at this point to do so, and thus we no longer will be approving members under the age of 13.

This will have no effect on current members under the minimum age. In the interest of fairness, if you're already an activated member on the site, even if you are under 13, you're still welcome to participate as normal. This rule only impacts the future, past members are unaffected.

I like this, 13 and up seems like the perfect age as well.

That is good. Ideally for me it would be even older

13 is simply the hard rule minimum age, below which there is no way for a member to even access the site. The soft rule of needing to be over 16 still applies, which is enforced trough the pups mechanism.

I personally really like the pup mechanism and the age restriction.
13 seems like a internet standard and 16 is a more independent age.

A good choice i think. 13 is a good age as they will be mature enough for the site and it will avoid possible parental issues.
